Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistants:

As of September 1, 2009 all registered physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in New York State are required to complete 36 contact hours of approved continuing education in each three-year renewal period. Please refer to www.op.nysed.gov and or www.nypta.org for details.
